General Remark

All submissions will be peer reviewed.

Please note: "Full Paper" is a “review-to-publish” submission type. Each paper must have at least one author participating in the reviewing process. Please check with your co-authors to make sure that at least one of you has agreed to be a reviewer.

What to submit

Late Paper
Submit: complete paper with authors' names (max 10 pages) in PDF and WORD. Here is the template.

Where to upload

All files must be uploaded to the ConfTool® Submission Server. IMPORTANT: We work with the metadata that you submit along with your paper, so please:

  • Submit correct data:
    • correct spelling of authors' names in paper and metadata,
    • coherent spelling of authors' names trough all your papers if you have more than one
    • do not inverse first name/last name etc.
    • when changing authors or title in your paper, please modify also the metadata in conftool
  • Observe the deadlines: Reference time for deadlines is the time displayed in Conftool!

31 Oct 2018- Abstract submission for main conference,
- Proposals for Special Sessions
16 Nov 2018Invitation to submit complete papers for main conference
14 Jan 2019- Complete paper upload for accepted abstracts (main conference),
- Submission of Panel and Workshop proposals,
- Submission of complete papers for Special Sessions (no abstracts)
04 Feb 2019Notification of Acceptance
18 Feb 2019- Author registration and payment,
- Camera-ready submission for all submission types
08 Apr 2019Pre-conference Workshops
09 Apr 2019Conference Opening
