Registration

Registration is being done through the ConfTool® Submission Server. If you don't have an account, please create one first.

With help of ConfTool you are able to:

• Register as user (with login and pw)
• Register as conference participant (will be available in time; you will be informed via email if the registration is open)
• Print out your invoice
• Make your payment (preferably with credit card and if this is not possible via PayPal or bank transfer/wired transfer)
• Print out your receipt and after the conference your participation confirmation

Conference Registration Includes:

• Admission to all technical sessions;
• Admission to Workshops (April 8th afternoon) (previous registration needed)
• Coffee and refreshment breaks;
• Lunches for the 3-day conference (April 9–11th);
• Welcome drink and evening reception (April 9th);
• On-line program book of the program conference and abstracts;
• On-line access to the conference proceedings;
• Conference Dinner (April 10th) – Not included in Students’ fees nor in the Low income countries’ fees.

Registrations without payment are not valid.

All fees are inclusive of VAT.

¹ One paper is included in the conference fee, for each additional paper you want to present an additional fee of 100 USD is charged.
