Registration

Registration is being done through the ConfTool® Submission Server. If you don't have an account, please create one first.

With help of ConfTool you are able to:

• Register as user (with login and pw)
• Register as conference participant (now open)
• Download certificates, such as reviewer acknowledgment and attendance confirmation

Bank charges

Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

If you are not within the European Union, each bank (yours and ours) will charge a transaction fee. Please make sure that you pay both (check OUR on the transaction form, not BEN or SHA).

Registrations are only valid after receipt of payment.

All Conference Registration include the Welcome Cocktail and Lunches during the conference. Conference Dinner is also included for all regular registrations (without note ³).

¹ One paper is included in the conference fee, for each additional paper (not more than 2 (3 in total)) you want to present an additional fee of 100 EUR is charged.
