  • the footer line of your paper must be empty: no page numbers, nothing. If you have downloaded the template directly from the IEEE website make sure you delete the "XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 ©20XX IEEE"
  • respect the template, don't forget to add the authors' names, be careful with the authors' sequence – once published, IEEE won't make any changes!
• Submit correct metadata (we work with them):
  • correct spelling of authors' names in paper and submission metadata,
  • when changing authors or title in your paper, please modify also the submission metadata in conftool
