Registration & Fees

Registration

Registration is open now and should be done through the Conftool Registration and Submission System.

With help of the ConfTool you are able to:

• Register as user (with login and pw) – this is already possible
• Register as conference participant (will be available in time; you will be informed via email if the registration is open)
• Print out your invoice
• Make your payment (preferably with credit card and if this is not possible via PayPal or bank transfer/wired transfer)
• Print out your receipt and after the conference your participation confirmation

Bank charges

Please note that all bank charges are at the expense of the debitor.

If you are not within the European Union, each bank (yours and ours) will charge a transaction fee. Please make sure that you pay both (check OUR on the transaction form, not BEN or SHA).

Conference Registration Includes:

• Admission to all technical sessions;
• Coffee and refreshment breaks;
• Lunches
• Welcome drink and evening reception (date tbc.);
• Program book of the program conference and abstracts;
• One copy of the conference proceedings on a USB stick/flash memory.
• Participation in the OMI-LAB Workshop, 25 April – but not the lunch that day

Special registration 1 = fees in the table + 50 EUR

Registrations without payment are not valid.

¹ One paper is included in the conference fee, for each additional paper you want to present an additional fee of 80 EUR is charged.
